A new book has been published that explores the importance of resveratrol, heart health and pinot noir wine. Professor Lionel Opie, a leading cardiologist, has written a book titled, “Living Longer, Living better”; Oxford University Press is publishing the book.

Hatter Cardiovascular Research Institute’s medical school sponsored a meeting at which the director of the medical school led a discussion of red wine and health using his new book as the basic source of information. Professor Opie had done a detailed examination of research data and found solid data to support the long-term benefits for the heart and mind when a moderate amount of red wine is consumed. In all honesty, fatigue has been the most nagging problem. I agreed to make changes to solve the problems, but that did not begin to make any kind of change in the way I approach life. I still see myself as I did when I was younger. Ok, so how do I make the necessary changes? The research I did on resveratrol is giving me a lot of insight. A number of doors are opening giving me new experiences. I realized I had already accepted the fact I am not as fast as I was in my twenties, but then I realized I have learned a few things as I have experienced life. Thus, I became aware of the fact resveratrol can give me the ability to stop my bad aging by improving energy levels. Red Wine, Anti-Aging, Resveratrol and Science

I just had an argument with a lady about how tough it can be to age, seeing as I am approaching that mystical age of 73 years old. You see, I still think of life as I did when I was much younger, let us say when I was in my twenties. She wants me to realize and act my age. Yes, it is true life is demanding. I have to keep things balanced, such as work, my family obligations and then try to fit in a social life. It’s true there is many a time I just run out of gas, or should I say energy. Fatigue can really make things difficult when I am caught up in a set of stressful circumstances.
